My boss hinted that, since the equipment is running fine, it’s just a ‘technical issue’—we’re only making the paperwork match the reality. But I keep thinking about what could go wrong. We’re signing off on checks that never happened, and this equipment is crucial for warehouse safety. If something fails and someone gets hurt, those fake documents will make it look like I lied.
